The meeting
was attended by Secretaries, Commissioners, and State Directors. A team
of CMS executives, including Richard H. Miles, President and Chief
Executive Officer, Vickie Bybee, Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer, Jeff Winter, Vice President of New Business
Development, and Frank Fletcher, Director of Business Development,
hosted the event.
Norris retired from the Arkansas Department of
Corrections in January after 38 years of distinguished service. He
holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies with an emphasis in
correctional healthcare from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff
and a master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of
Arkansas at Little Rock.
Norris served as Director of the Arkansas
Correction Department for the past 16 years, becoming one of the
longest serving correctional directors in the United States.CMS is
proud to have Norris as part of its team, as the company continues to
invest in people to maximize its focus on quality and service
excellence.

Norris will reside in Arkansas and focus on strategic business opportunities and retention for the company.
